21 Bullivant Street, a derelict printworks, was bought at auction in 2007, and sucessfully developed into a block of contemporary apartments.

After purchasing an area of waste land to the rear of the building, Alex Walker Architecture successfully gained planning approval for the conversion in 2008.

Previously a focus for anti social behaviour, Alex Walker worked with the contractors Thomas Long & Sons Ltd, to transform Printworks House, and improve the area around Bullivant St.
