The Mills Building

Alex Walker Architecture owns two apartments in the Grade II listed Mills Building in the heart of Nottingham's historic Lace Market area.

The Mills Building was converted into apartments in 2000 and is owned and managed by the residents. As an important example of a Lace Market factory, the building retains many of it's original features, and all apartments benefit from large sash windows.

Both apartments are over 65m sq. in area and have been successfully let over the last ten years. The apartments are managed on behalf of the company by Tassi Lettings.
