Designed as a landmark scheme for Persimmon Homes, 'The Venue' is the gateway building for the Bannerbrook Park development in Coventry.

Utilising one of the largest timber frame structures in the UK, the 6-storey scheme was developed in close conjunction with the timber frame manufacturer to optimise space, and ease construction.

Based around a limited amount of apartment types, 'The Venue' contains 209 one, two, and three-bed apartments that benefit from framed views of the historic Tile Hill wood.
