Printworks House
Nottingham
2008-2010

Printworks House is the conversion of a disused and derelict printworks into 4 contemporary apartments in Nottingham City Centre.

The original Victorian building was sensitively restored and divided into the prime living spaces, whilst inferior extensions were demolished, or clad in natural timber, to provide circulation space.

All the living spaces benefit from great natural light and high ceilings, whilst many period features were retained. Entrances, car parking, and communal areas were created to the rear, providing secure private space for residents.
